1. What is Chatv
Chatv channels are interactive SMS/Internet based channels around the Philippines that enable subscribers of cellular phone companies in the Philippines to send their greetings/messages to a particular TV/Cable channel via SMS. Subscriber just has to follow a simple syntax to display their messages on TV.
To chat via the internet, Chatv PINs may be purchased from any Load Central outlet. Denominations are P50 and P100. After inputting the Chat ID in the upper right portion of the screen, the user may chat and avail of the features in the site as long as their chat ID still has Chatv load.
2. How do I register to Chatv?
Once the user enters the site (www.chat-on-tv.com), he/she is required to choose which chatroom they want to chat in. Once chosen, user must input the Chat ID in the into upper right protion of the screen. Afterwhich, user has to input their nickname in the box provided after clicking on the register button.
3. How do I start chatting?
After registering, user may chat in the chatroom specified. Messages may be inputted in the box labelled msg in the upper left portion of the screen.
4. How do I Attach a pic to a message?
After inputting the message to be sent, user will have to choose from the pics available by clicking on the circle beside the pic. Once chosen, user may now send their message. Pic shall appear at the end of the message sent.
5. Are all messages screened by an Admin?
Yes. All messages are screened before shown in each chatroom. Messages containing obscene language or containing inappropriate content shall not be shown. Chatv admins have the right to refuse to broadcast/show or even ban users at any time.
